New Recipe

I would post a picture of the "Dublin Cobbler" that we prepared yesterday evening, using a recipe from the new The Complete Irish Pub Cookbook, but there is none left.  It was delicious.  

Attempting a new recipe always gladdens my heart. 

Cooking is at once child's play and adult joy. And cooking done with care is an act of love.
