Omelet

I do so love breakfast. Today, we have an omelet, with garlic, zucchini, and spinach. Well, it is perhaps more like a scrambled egg than an omelet - but still delicious.

Herself enjoys cooking, and breakfast is always a pleasure for her to prepare. It is also her favorite meal of the day.

She daydreams sometimes that someone will make breakfast for her. A couple of eggs, a little fruit, some oatmeal or cream of wheat, please. That would be just lovely.
